Leaves are changing, walleyes are biting and a doe is in the freezer. So far, October had been going well. I know the shot on my doe was high but I got both lungs, it exited back as she was quartered towards me eating acorns. The walleye were caught fresh last night. Hoping everyone is enjoying their fall so far as well!

    Regards,

    Steve

Yup. In eastern Iowa they certainly have. We had combines and grain hoppers running all night yesterday while fishing. The song dogs were yippin’ up a storm as well.
