Anyone have any experience with one of these new propane augers from Jiffy? I currently have a Gen 1 Jiffy Pro 4 and am looking to buy a new one. I am somewhat skeptical on buying a first year item so wondering if anyone has heard how these new propane augers have been.

It is the same unit as pro 4 lite except with a different gear case to handle bigger drills. 38 cc motor. Why not buy another pro 4?

The Pro 44 has a metal gear case and a 24:1 transmission. This will allow this auger to come to life! It will also be capable of using a 10″ blade if desired. It uses a single chipper blade.

Good auger and I have been very impressed so far this year.
