Get the Navionics+ Regions North. It comes with a year of updates so you can plug your card in your computer and refresh the data with the most current data.
You will find that the lakes where Lakemaster has done 1′ contours, Lakemaster is much more precise. Check out the Navionics web app for yourself and make comparisons with your favorite spots. I can give examples where it looks like Navionics has interpolated 5′ or 10′ contours into 1′ contours, rather than actually doing an on-water survey, but you can easily find those yourself.
I do use an Navionics card for Canada, where Lakemaster only covers Rainy and LOTW. It’s good for navigation but depth contours can be misleading.
