well I’m out here in Montana at the Univeristy of Montana, the fishing could not be any better. I dunno if any of you guys are intrested in this area, but rock creek is highly my fav river. its about hopper season on that stream also , lots of moose around …. its not like fishing the whitewater or anything.. but i miss those streams, i miss my home water on pool 4 …. TIm
It’s been a few years since I’ve been out that way. Rock Creek is incredible. Check out the N. Fork of the Blackfoot River. There is a road you can drive up the valley and park or camp at the dead end. You’ll find a trail to hike further upstream. Some incredible Cutthroat fishing. Fish hard!
ohhh anywhere out here is great , the land is like nothing else , i have not fished much of the bigger rivers , usually have to float them , i will try thet blackfoot soon , tim
