Just curious as to why there is seldom any chatter in this forum. Even during the summer when the MN river is busy with river rats, there was very little discussion. I used to spend nearly every weekend on the MN and I know there were several river rats like myself. I disappeared from the scenes moving and having kids and all, so wondering if all the MN river rats have died off like myself or what 
Sort of a chicken and egg thing. I last posted an outing report in this forum and no one responded 
Anyway, the vast majority of guys who fish cats post pics and respond to posts in the Species Specific – Catfish and Sturgeon forum. I am betting some of those guys fish the MN as well.

your probably right especially after this rain all the fish are going to get washed into the Mississippi 
But now I am sure my boat will float in there again and try for some fall eyes 
I often regret moving from a 14 foot/25 horse to a deep v 18 footer
