MN river today

    Spent the day on the MN river and upper pool 2. Was pretty fast as expected. Did see other fisherman out. (one guy hooked a couple small eyes)
    Was trying for some channels. No Dice. Using fatheads, cutsucker, powerbait and dip baits. Tried to fish shallow out of the current. Mostly at creek beds and backchannels.
    Will keep trying. If anyone has tips to share, post and I will update.
    Problaby will wait another week till water warms a bit more and crest passes.

    What is the water temp? minnesota and/or mississippi pool 2

    Miss was 43 MN a couple degrees higher, lots of sediment in the MN.
