I have a Minn Kota mk 315 on board charger. It kicks from charing to green or done for starting batteries but will not do it for two trolling motor batteries. If I unplug it and plug back in will switch to all green or done after it has been charging. Any one have this issue or know of fix?

When you think its done charging, disconnect the charger and test the batteries with a quality voltometer.
I don’t know the specific voltage for the Minn Kota. Regardless, the battery should be between 13.x and 14.1 volts. It’s that 13.x voltage on the battery that trips the relay to switch the LED. If it’s at 13.7 volts and your battery is only getting to 13.6, it won’t change. I’ve had this happen on every charger, regardless of brand, since early 80s
