Craig’s Taxidermy in Shakopee did a euro mount for me, and his other work looked good.
I know you mentioned Metro, but I drive up to Wadena to Dewey’s. He does awesome work and I am not sure, but guessing a couple bucks cheaper than the metro like most things. Like I said, I don’t know for sure, that just seems to be the way things work out for most things. He has a price sheet on his webpage to compare with what you find in the metro if you want.
Taxidermy Unlimited in Burnsville. I think they are spendy but they do good work.
