Couple questions for the snap jigging crowd…

Does anyone have a link on where to buy them? I know they are popular near winn and leach. They seem to be a little more elusibe around here.

I know it depends on conditions, butdo you use short frequent snaps, intermittant, or long snaps?

    Thanks

All of the above. Find the cadence that works for the conditions that day. Most guys I think overwork it, not necessarily in the actual snap, but the amount of snapping.

Once that guy in the boat has it figured out take into account the rod he’s using. If you snap with a short ml soft rod on mono it will impart a much different action at the jig than say a 7’mxf with braid.
