Those Mille Lacs walleyes are still biting. I made a quick trip up with my daughter Friday evening and picked up my mother on the way to the boat ramp. We fished for about 2.5 hours and put 12-15 fish in the boat. Lost count due to the pandemonium. The lake was like glass which had me concerned on the ride out.
We hit the deep gravel pulling lead and raps. Pretty much had the place to our selves.
