Jog Feature, Terrova Ilink BT

    Hopefully someone can help me with the jog feature that I’m struggling with…

    As I understand once the motor is on anchor mode, to jog 5′ in any direction I press left/right or forward/backward button to move in increments of 5′ for each time I push the button. When I do this the motor stops and I begin to drift.

    Am I missing a step?

    Francis,

    I have a 55lb ILink BT on my 16′ river boat and it works just as it should so I am not much help. I was moving around a wing dam on Sunday with is and moved up, and down stream, and in and out from the shore but just using the 4 directional buttons.

    Did you pair the motor to the position sensor? If not you just ended spot lock. There should be arrows on the screen when you are in spot lock mode of you have a paired position sensor.

    Have to pair it and calibrate it. Owners manual has step by step which includes doing 3 tight circles with your boat.
