    Had a similar experience with a Marcum panner. FedEx at its finest. Took plenty of pics so hopefully it gets replaced without hassle. Sucks

    Broken rods really stink, especially when it’s in a 75,000 dollar 5 thousand horsepower engine on the first pass.

    What rod is that and from who. I just got a rod in the mail yesterday. Was in a nice tube and overly wrapped in news paper. I would be upset with who shipped the rod to u

    My tuned up I got last winter was nicely packaged in a tube as well.

    A quick google search tells me that type of rod damage is most likely from “vigorous sex”

    I’d take peyronies over a broken fishing rod any day of the week and twice on sundays (if shes up for it) devil

    Every rod I have ordered has come in a tube, not a box. That is a cheap way of shipping one.
