Ipilot upgrade kit

    Have any of you upgraded your trolling motor with a new head unit to get ipilot? Mine is a power drive – and new enough to be compatible with the kit. Thoughts on the upgrade?

    I put a new head on my Ulterra to go from iPilot to iPilot link. It was very straight forward. 30 minutes or less.

    This kit is killer if you want to keep your current motor without dropping a ton of money on a new motor. Super easy install.

    The power drive is a way more involved than the Terrova or the Ulterra!

    I have done both. a plug and play each.
    Terrova 101v 1st gen > to link
    Ulterra 112v 1st gen > to Bluetooth

    The Power drive is more involved, but is doable at least for me.
