    how many lines can one person have down while ice fishing on lake pepin?

    Since you live in MN you must follow the MN rules.

    You need to follow MN law if you are from MN, even if you are fishing on the WI side, and irregardless of whether or not you have a WI license as well.

    If you are from WI with a WI license you may fish 3 on the WI side, but only 2 on the MN side.
