    Has anyone been out to the long walk lately? Any reports?

    Yes the long walk is in reference to a place fished north of the Alma dam. Has anyone traveled to this area lately?

    I had heard a few reports of good sunfish action but then just this week I read a poor report. Sounds like most places lately, on one day and off the next. I’ll post again if I can find that recent report.

    Long walk is in fact above Alma. It is on Big Lake in the Nelson Bottoms. My brothers went with a group of 25 this past Saturday and between all of them came back with half of a 5 gallon bucket of sunfish and perch. Not too good on that trip. Couple flags, no northern.
