I thought I would share a couple of pictures of Slipsinker and I doing some ice fishing up in Ely (Mud Lake) this past Saturday. It wasn’t as productive as it normally is but it was still fun. Nothing too big, just a few Northerns to get pickled!

Here is Slipsinker with a couple of his Northerns:

    Hey Rocky,
The second brine is brewing at this moment! Those babies are great pickled! I’ll call ya when they’re ready…probably Monday or Tuesday…unless I eat em all.

You better not eat them all…especially since I caught most of them…

They were similar, but different! Everytime I would bring one through the hole, Slipsinker had to bring one up that was about a half inch bigger.

Oh well, I was able to catch some nice eaters! Except Slipsinker hasn’t invited me over yet to try them.
