Tip-ups…

    Anyone having luck with tip ups? What,where, when? Just wondering if any other guys are having luck.

    We use them all the time on Lake Francis Case in South Dakota for walleyes. We can have four lines and they help to cover water. They always seem to put some fish topside. Some days all the fish will come on tip ups. With that said I still prefer to jig them up, but some days the eyes just are not that aggressive and prefer the live minnow under a tip up or bobber.

    Been having some luck with Northern’s using medium sucker minnows

    Lots of LMB on De Soto Bay using tip ups with shiners. Last week saw 3 guys get limits by 10:00 keeping only those fish 16 inches+.
