Humminbird 898 Sidescan Problem

    Anyone know how to diagnose an issue with my sidescan on a Humminbord 898C? The unit shows sidescan on only one side (Right). I noticed the down imaging also isn’t working. There’s no obvious damage to the transducer or cables. I’m in the NW metro and would love ot find someone with a similar model to test against. The unit has been well cared for, but is old enough to not be worth the cost to have serviced at HB.

    Check cable pin contacts on back of the unit. If they are fine, your transducer is most likely shot
