The whole family is heading up to the Horseshoe chain in Richmond for a week in a cabin. I would love to put my 5 year old and nephew on some fish. Without giving away trade secrets does anyone have any info on this chain of lakes? thanks, D.
What kind of fish?
The kids aren’t picky at all! They just want action. Is it worth trying to fish for walleye? This will be our second year on this lake. Last year I caught largemouth,smallies,northern,catfish, one walleye,carp and tons of gills, but not one crappie! I guess if I had my choice I’d like to catch smallies.
Can’t help you there ,but Skeeter??? Should be able to help you out. He ‘s got a cabin up there.
If you want #’s of cat’s. Drift a fathead shallow. Or dead bait under a lighted bobber at dusk shallow. Bigger cats are few and far between. Good luck…
