Ice Report

    The ice is getting much better now. People are starting to use ATV’s on the ice as of yesterday. The walleye bite has been pretty good for those that have ventured out. I have not heard a crappie report yet, but I see houses popping up in the traditional spots.

    Well on Saturday night up here it was -12, so I expect the ice to be good.

    12 below is that all i had 21 below and made good ice the last week or two ..

    Scott,
    Are the guy’s getting out walleye fishing on Horseshoe or other lakes? Will be coming up next week and thinking of by-passing the crappies and heading right for the Walleye’s. Are they off the flats or up on top?

    Chappy, I just saw this post today. Sorry, yes the walleye are biting on Horseshoe.
