What the Ice status on the chain? Any open water yet?

    any open water along the shorelines yet? Can anybody who lives on the chain please keep us informed when it opens up?

    I have a buddy that has a cabin on Ceder Island Lake. I’ll ask him this week.

    I did not see any yesterday on a drive by. I would guess by the weekend there will be.

    The main river channel is open in a lot of spots. Yes, the ice is pulling away from shore in most spots. I did see two people out ice fishing on Becker yet but by the weekend the ice will be shot.
