A lot of the smaller lakes are frozen and some guys are getting out, I have not yet though. I checked a lake that had about 4-5 inches of ice about 50 yards out. The bigger lakes yesterday were still open, LCO, Grindstone, Whitefish, Round and windigo had open water in the very middle. I wouldn’t be suprised if they froze over last night, it got down to -10.
I won’t make it out until sunday, going to be working the ice show tomorrow, so stop by and say hi, I will be working with Marcum.
