Minnows – kettle falls canadian area

    Hi.

    Headed up to Kettle Falls area June 9. Looking for a resort that will sell minnows on the Canadian side…

    I know that I can bring live crawlers in bedding across the border; and I know that I can bring salted or frozen minnows or gulp, but I want to know if anyone will sell live minnows in the area.

    Any reports or hints also welcome!

    Hey Labvolt,

    As you already know minnows on the Canadian side of Rainy Must be purchased in Canada. Not sure of any locations that would be remotely close to Kettle Falls that sells Minnows in Canada?? I’d likely go artificial or salted/preserved minnows as well.

    YOu can go to Stokes Bay Resort. They are up the Canadian channel out of Kettle Falls. Dan Houle is the guys name. Here is his email if you want to send the question to him.
