Took the 5-year-old boys to the NW Angle this past week. Very nice bite…Canada in the AM, US in the afternoon each day.
Hit 8 different beaches in between catches. The favorite was a calm Thursday afternoon on Garden Island.
Jig and a crawler or Spinner and a crawler…both very good bites in anything from 40ft to 10ft, depending upon the part of the lake.
Although it was wet, the campground at Youngs Bay Resort was hospitable…and Jerry’s Bar and Grill were the best cooks.
