    Just wondering if anyone fished the Rainy or Lake of the Woods on opener, how did you do?

    I sure would like to here more about Rainy. It sounds like a great fishery but I don’t here to much about it.

    Guys,

    The river can be good all year long, it just gets the most attention in the spring and fall. I heard many reports of anglers getting their limits near the littlefork river and Birchdale.

    I can’t speak for what is happening on LOTW.

    Fishing is doing real good right now on the rainy river. I used to live on the rainy near baudette, i have fished there on the rainy and lotw ever since i have been 5 years old, now my grandparents live there. They have been going out every day and getting their limit within an hour…sounds like fun.
