You would think seeing the NFC win not to mention a fellow North Division team win would be enough to allow them to be Packer fans for one day. At least they could say they lost twice this season to the NFL’s best.

I’m sure the Packer fans would cheer for the Vikings should they play in the SuperBowl?

It’s been said before……..this isn’t a backlash against the Packer team. It’s a backlash against SOME Packer fans.

I’m one of the Minnesota people who hope the Steelers pound them.

Each and every Viking fan I know has angelic behavior.

Case in point, James just had a post out here agreeing with you Brian. Him deleting it was an example of the every-Viking-fan-angelic behavior.

Good luck next year to you angels! In the mean time I’m going to savor the ride today. Never know if my team will get back here in my lifetime.

Sorry, but I am rooting for the Pack. There are plenty of Wisconsinites I know here and else where that don’t take it too seriously and throw all that other crap in our faces. Heck, I even like some of them.

To the fans that do, well I kind of feel sorry for their sad and pathetic behavior where a pro football team some how validates them. However they will be easy to drown out as I congratulate my friends to the east.

I say Packers 34-17 and it won’t be as close as the final score. Packers jump out to an early 14-0 lead.

I would never ask, want or expect a Packer fan to support the Vikings.

You can call the Viking fans “angelic” if you want. I suppose some are that way. I think a more apt term would be realistic. We are hopefull when they reach the play-offs but our memories are good enough to know our past history at Super Bowls.

But this is all babble anyway. Whether the Packers win or lose tonight, tomorrow their fans (most of them) won’t change a bit.

BTW, I didn’t see the thread you are referring to. But I know James isn’t the only one here who can delete a thread.

The first time I tried replying in this thread it said it couldn’t post because it was deleted.

I deleted it. I basically echoed what you said Brian… and didn’t see any reason to have a “yeah, what he said” post out there that didn’t add anything new.

I was just playing around, sorry to have hurt your feelings. (Happy belated birthday too) After reading my little post I realize it may have been seen as mean. That was not my intent. So, after this reall heartfelt apologee(SP), will you now cheer for the pack?
