HAHA yeah I guess we do. Our local channel 5 news is following him in a chopper like he is running from police. I’m suprised he doesnt have a police escort.

LOL, when I first saw your latest Favre post, I was goingto create my own and say, we all need our own Favre thread. It would be pretty funny if all the today’s topics contained Favre’s name.

I am this close to making a ‘Favre Likes Catfish’ thread.

At this rate, when you google “Brett Favre” IDO will come up as one of the first choices on a web search!

Wow! All you naysayers are unreal! I have been a diehard Vikes fan since I can remember. I have hated the Packers and Favre as much as anybody and the reason is, BECAUSE HE’S GOOD! If you have a chance to put the future hall of famer in purple for even 1 year, you do it! You all think Sage and TJack are the answer? Please! I think that it shows Minnesotans that the Wilf ownership is trying to put the best team on the field as possible and try to win a championship, what’s wrong with that?

It’s 3rd down and 8 to go, 1:30 left on the clock on our own 50 yard line. We need a field goal to win or tie. Who do want under center? Sage Rosenfels or TJack? I’ll take #4.

We know which one will throw an INT.

I’m still in shock so many people are excited about this. He has one revival year his last year in Green Bay and everybody forgets about all the mediocre years. Heck, must people think Vick is a bad throwing QB, but he had better stats than Favre over the same time period.

I am super pumped for when he costs you several games this year and you start using “he is a gunslinger just trying to win the game” excuse. I guess we will just have to wait and see. He will come out hot but by week 6 he will start to run out of gas.

It’s all for nothing, we know who the team to beat is anyways. Here is what a modern era pro bowler looks like, not one from years gone by.

I don’t care who is under center…. we are fielding a good team again, with questions at QB (not anymore) If Favre gets them any further, I am all for it. I was simply stirring the pot with the MVP talk of just 2 short seasons ago Did somebody say Madden was talking to the networks again ????

I heard Madden just bought KFAN so he could be closer to Brett.

Boy, you would really think with the money he has made, he could shave off the Don Johnson Miami Vice beard being that the 80’s are long gone.

I can’t say that Favre will be that much of an improvement. The vikes are one major injury on the line from an average season. 40 year old legs do not move very well. The vikes will go as long as their line holds up.

Like somebody said… given the Choice…….I would rank…

    1. Either Manning…(not happening)

    2. Favre

    3. Rosenfels

    4. Jackson

Pretty simple minded… but hey… it is what it is.

Yes, I follow the team of the state I was born and raised in. Not the state I moved to for work.

Ah, never mind then. I don’t mind Wisconsin Packer fans, it is the ones born here who all of a sudden were life long fans. So I jump to conclusions pretty quick.

The only ones you will see posting here… will be Vikings fans either approving, disapproving or giving their takes/input …..and then like you said “Sour Cheeseheads” or “Scared Cheeseheads” otherwise they should have no opinion… they have moved on 2 years ago…. or did they ???
