    email scams…I hate them! One thing I heard is that if you go into your “Contacts” and make your first contact [email protected] you can foil most of the forwarding scams which steal your contacts. They hit that one and it comes back invalid…and the proliferation is supposed to stop there. I don’t know if it actually works…but it sure is easy.

    im no programming/hacker expert, but im fairly certain thats a myth. if they are smart enough to hack your contact list, they can send an email to each and every contact with one statement. and if you throw garbage in your contacts, they can handle those errors easily.
