Sven and Ole had a pair of work horses that they had great difficulty in telling apart. So they decided to cut the mane of one of the horses. This worked well until the mane grew out. They then decided on a more permanent fix, they would remove a tooth from one of the horses. This seemed to solve the problem, until the other horse stumbled and fell while cavorting in the pasture and knocked out the very same tooth. At the height of their frustration , Ole, breathless after running to the house from the barn, proudly proclaimed to Sven that he had just measured the horses and discovered the black horse was 2 hands taller than the white horse.
