I just bought a onboard battery charger Minnkota MK 330d 3 bank charger.

I have three battery on my boat.

    1 for the cracking motor

1 for trolling motor and other for lighting, livewell, bilge pump and other access.

Do i connect the charger to the cracking battery as well?

I would. If anything it will maintain that battery as well. Which battery do you have graphs hooked up to?

He was wondering which battery the fish finders where hooked to. They draw current, and if hooked to your starting battery you will want it hooked to the charger. Simple answer to your question is yes, hook it up to all three batteries. It will keep them all topped off.

Yes you would want to hook one lead up to your starting battery to help maintain it. Also if you wanted to take one battery out or use 2 batteries for your trolling motor you can run all your accessory leads off the starting battery. That way when you run your big engine it will help charge the battery back up from running lights, pumps and locators.
