Are there any IDO members that work in plastic injection/molding (Not sure if my terminology is correct)? I’m looking for a source to produce a flange assembly that holds a bearing. This flange is all plastic and has some tight tolerances. It also has a rubber sleeve to prevent contaminates from entering the bearing area. The flange also has a rubber “post” (small) next to the bearing which works in conjunction with the C-clip to hold the bearing in place and prevent the bearing from spinning inside the flange. I would prefer if all can be done at one facility as it would get expensive using different source to produce one product.

I can supply pictures, samples, ect… when needed.
