And SCUBA divers here?

I am a novice (about 25 dives) diver and live just off Mille Lacs. Anyone here dive, looking to do more dives this year early on when the water is still clear.

That sounds pretty cool. Haven’t done it myself other than with a snorkel, and the fact the ears feel like they are going to implode at about 10′ down. Talk about getting to know the fishes habitat as close as you can get. Find many lures when you guys are down there?

ive only done maybe 30 dives more if you count very shallow water dives around docks and such,, most of my dive ive done alone so most have been relatively shallow.. but have went on a few dive trips to various parts of the world..

Got certified years ago after several trips to Jamaica… never went diving up here for the same reason. Cold water part of it, but no regular buddy.

I also have about 30 dives, all in Cozumel. Cold water does not scare me, but I also have nobody to dive with local.

Try getting a hold of Bob at Peoble Divers. They do lots of training and likely know some people that would enjoy diving there.
