Which reel?

    Need a new panfish reel for this spring, my 500 series reels are too small for my st. croix panfish 6’9 UL and its hurting my casting distance. Only have one 1000 series and its on my live bait walleye rod, but its a perfect fit for the panfish so I want to stick with that size reel.

    Shimano sedona 1000fd
    Pflueger president 6930
    Okuma epixor B size 20
    Abu garcia orra s size 20

    Or anything else in the $50-60 range?

    Shimano symetre 1000 I have for sale in that price range

    I like Pfluegers.

    Shimano Sedona 1000fd. They also make a upgrade drag kit. I think it may fit in the 1000 as well. Check it out. I know TUCR has them and they can do that for you.

    Thanks guys. If all goes well I’m going to get the symetre from nhamm. If not, then I’ll just shop around and find the best price between a president and a sedona, seems to be close to an even split of followers between the two which is exactly what I expected.
