    Does Dean still return and is he still somewhat local? If not where is the best place to return?

    I broke a eyecon on a paddle fish earlier this spring. I called the manufacturer and I sent it in and they waived the return postage. They have a great customer support

    These were the walleyes.

    And thanks for the responses.

    The first picture was just shy of 8# and released.
    The others not so lucky.

    St.Croix will stand behind that rod 100% just return the rod to where you purchased it from or contact the St.Croix factory and they will send you a new rod.

    Breaking a rod while fighting a fish is like breaking your sword while slaying the dragon. I broke one of my st croix’s too…I slammed it in a door carrying it into the house…
