double take from office windows

    Never seen a boat before…?

    They’ve been docked in Winona open for tours. Pretty cool looking.

    They were in Hudson for almost two weeks a while back. The wife and I took the little dude to see them.

    I was a bit disappointed to learn that they very rarely unfurl the sails. It must be a sight to see when they do.

    Saw those roll by when we were staying at Everts a couple weeks back. All 3 had just come through LD3 and they were pretty cool to see in the morning!

    I was draggin jigs south of Red Wing an they came rolling by me…made me look twice as well!

    No Santa Maria. She ran aground near Haiti and was scuttled.

    I was fishing near Maiden Rock in Pepin when they came through. I first thought it was the weirdest barge ever. I ran up alongside it and realized what it was. Pretty cool old ship.

    The Nina and The Pinta. They were docked in Lake City for 4 days two weekends ago too.
