    Well, it went off without a hitch. Nearly 100 pounds of meat came off the smoker at the same time. A big thanks to all who helped. A couple of fellow IDO’ers were integral to making this work. Thanks Troutbum and YahBuddy.

    That is not my smoker. A friend built it, and I have use of it whenever I need.

    Been thinking of doing something in my neighborhood. Just moved in last fall, figured that a big que bash might be the best way to meet all the neighbors.

    Great experience this weekend. Learned a lot from the bbq encyclopedia, that is cpetey. If youre considerig a similar smoking throwdown I recommend tapping into cpetey’s brain for tips and pointers.

    Great time guys ! I have never been a part of a bbq of that magnitude, that was a lot o meat. I have learned a lot about bbq smoking over the last few years from ya. Way to go petey !
