Well Tom….like the past 2 yrs….I’m gonna miss this again
I’ll be in Green Bay again.
Not only to see the grandson and some fishing, but also for the Grand opening of the new Cabela’s store.
I’m sure a great time will be had by all! (as usual)

We need to talk about the date for next year. I have a new fishing partner and she told me she wants to fish a tourney like yours.

Just need to block off the dates so I’m not with clients next year.

I’m thinking of ways to spend the prize money now….

I just realized there isn’t a catfish category. Are they included in the rough fish?

Catfish are in the rough fish category, where else would they be?

Takes a heck of a catfish to beat the sheepsheads that are holed up down in Dresbach

Thanks to everyone who came out. The weather was less than desirable and the wind made it even more so but in the end we had 50 paid entrants with a bunch of kids. We only had 5 of the 6 species weighed in so the winners of the 5 categories pocketed $100. Not too awful bad for 6hrs of fishing. Hopefully next year the weather will be better and we can eclipse last year’s total of 60 people.

On a side note I was able to shake off the dreaded banana curse and put a nice batch of crappies of in the boat… Just so you know Kirt it is possible yo catch fish with a banana in the boat.

As always, I’m sure it was a great time – either on the water; or at your place. Congrats to the winners!
