Looking to flag fish a few pike today. I would like to leave the wheeler and shack home if I could. Thinking Big Marine/Forest/Bald Eagle.
    Thanks for the help!

For me, it would completely depend on what vehicle.
I’d drive a Ford Ranger many places on many metro lakes right now.
I won’t drive my one ton diesel on any metro lake right now.

Course if we’re talking YOUR vehicle (rather than MY vehicle) the threshhold could be relaxed significantly . . .

I live by Bald Eagle and there have been vehicles on it for a couple weeks, you should be fine.

I drove out on Clear Lake Jan. 5th and that is up by Forest Lake.

I also checked out Big Marine that weekend and there was only 2 people fishing it so I skipped Big Marine and went for WBL.
