    On the water early. First cast caught a large dogfish. Rather than to bring it into the boat, I attached the scale tothe fish and when I lifted he gave one hard flip and he was gone along with a Rapala scale. So the fish today were measured instead of weighed 2 – 17plus and 2 – 15 plus. And one shorty. Next time for dogs it no mister nice guy. Water temp was down to 60, water dirty, and a north wind.

    We have something in common!

    My first Rapala scale, first use on a dogfish. Raised it up to read the digits and with a flip, dog and scale in the Vermilion.

    We’ll have to start a support group.
