Trout fishing Mines-Crosby-Ironton

    Hello, I’m new to the Crosby-Ironton area. Can anyone help with info on fishing the Mine Pits?

    Fish from shore at the landing(pennington) people seem to do really well casting cleos and such.If you really want some excitement take the boat out and try for some monster northerns and bass.Not easy to fish them but when you hook into one lookout.Can’t give up the spot but if you go back three pits you’ll be close.Look for wood.I have seen and caught some monsters outta there.GOOD LUCK.
