I ordered a HDS-10 Gen2 and LSS from them yesterday afternoon. They were waiting for me after lunch today! Can’t beat that service!

I orderd at AnchorExpress with no notification that the HDS-10 was backordered. I called to find the status of the order and the response was, and I quote, “No, No, No. We don’t have them and aren’t getting them.” She claimed that Lowrance wasn’t telling them anything. I cancelled my order with AE. About that time Jolly Ann got back to me, and Wade said his were backordered until the 16th of March. I knew TB had them, so I ordered from them. Almost $200 more than what AE said, but I have my HDS-10 in my hands today. BTW, TB had three left after I ordered mine.

They have done a really good job getting orders out to people and working with people to figure out what they need they may be a little more expensive but you get really good customer service in return…. They have some sweet rods too
