    I like to give Credit where Credit is due. I have a Plano bow case with a latch missing from, I think rough handling by the airlines. I called Plano, and expected to have to pay for the latch. Nooooo, It will be in the mail today, No Charge. Here’s to Plano A Midwest company with Midwest values. And another loyal customer.

    A friend of mine had a similar situation. He had a tackle box with a bad hinge. When we were at the NW Sportshow we happened upon the Plano booth. He explained his problem to the Rep. The Rep reached under a counter, brought out a tackle box cover and asked does this look like yours?

    The answer was, Yes and how did you know? Apparently there were more than a few people with the same problem. The Rep handed over the new cover to my friend — No Charge!
