The lakes in southern MN are icing up with some lakes having alot of open water as of Friday 11/30 to some with possibly 3-4 inches of ice by Sat. morning. The Sat. forecast for winds up to 30 mph, 4-10 inches of snow, then freezing rain on top of that may slow ice development down for some time. It’s a matter of wait and see right now.
