Brushy creek crappies?

    I’ve never been there but would like to check it out this Friday & maybe Sat. Are the crappies big enough? How are the Ramps? Is the Drive from Cedar Rapids worth it? I’m tired of the typical 8 inchers and am searching for the bigger ones. Appreciate Info: [ John ]

    I’m not to sure of the crappies, but I can tell you that the eyes are taking crawler harneses and long stick baits trolled over the gravel beds, and are averaging 17-20” and up. Good luck!

    can you give me more info such as which boat ramp do you prefer? how’s the campground? Are you catching a few bass with your cranks? & how big are they? Do you have to cover territory or can the walleyes be pin pointed and targeted with Tubes & Jigs?
