This portable gps unit is compatible with map source and can download all the hotspot maps. Does anyone that owns this product give there review on it? Thank You Bill

I like the map 76 gps, but the Hot Spot maps are limited and lack detail. The rivers and lakes change so often the depths, structure, and hazards are not very accurate. However, it’s a great tool to use along with a good map.

so what your saying is buy it for its waas capabilitys and forget the hotspot feature, which seems pretty pricy form what you are saying!

Thank You for the info, I apprieciate it! I will go with the GPS 72 also, It has all the features I’m looking for, the hotspot feature intrigued me with the map feature. Maybe when the technology gets a little better, This one will replace the one I donated to my favorite lake in Canada, IT FLOATS The WAAS technology will be cool for ice fishing.
