Echo 7???

    I am looking at purchasing a bass boat and it has 2 Garmin units on it. I asked the owner what model they were and he said Echo 7s. I have googled but and find the Echo 7 series, such as the 70s and 73sv but no 7. I’m guessing he just hasn’t specified which series it is. Looking for some extra help as I haven’t seen the boat in person yet and don’t have pics of the units themselves. Owner is out of town currently.

    There is a Striker 7, could be that. The Striker series doesn’t have maps, just GPS tracks on a blank background. They all say in either the upper left or lower left corner what they are, you’ll just need to get more info from them.

    The owner got back to me. It’s the Echo 70 DV. Makes me want the boat even more. Looks like a really nice unit.
