Crawlers

Anyone out picking this morning after the nice rain last night? I was running late so wasn’t able to look in the work parking lot, but a quick look out there a minute ago, there were quite a few dried up ones on the pavement.

I picked up about 3 dozen this morning while walking the dog.

I am guessing my Granddaughter will have a bucket full for me when I get home

I saw a bunch on our walk this morning, too, but I didn’t pick any up.

Why would I pick them up off the ground when I can drive 8 miles to pay for them??? Just kidding. We dont have crawlers in our neighborhood. Just worms. Lots came out last night.

No wonder these bait shops are struggling! Many figured out they can get bait just by walking a dog.

They are thick tonight! 121 crawlers in 20 minutes. The kid just went out for another 200 more. Should be set for awhile.

any of you that live close to the St.cloud area a guy on craigs list sells them for 2 dollars a dozen if you don’t have time. Found it much cheaper then other options.

Tim, you mean you bent over 120 times?!?! You should treat yourself to a couple extra drinks tonight!

I saw some monsters on our morning walk with the dogs. I had nothing to put them in and was not going the pocket route. I will be better prepared next time.

Good to hear Tim was getting his morning stretches in! He did seem to be moving more fluidly today.

Don’t be silly, I brought my garage creeper in and wheeled around on that. Work smarter not harder
