Help me understand what you’ve tried and failed with. I created a base plate, that I slide PVC supports in to, yet it breaks up easily to store in the back of my truck.

the forward support is 2-1/2″ PVC slid over the 2-3/8″ seat post

Is the cover a factory cover, an after market cover, or a custom cover? If it is a custom I would bring it back and have them fix it.

I know all you fancy pants new boat perfect fit cover guys don’t have issue with this, but those who buy aftermarket or the boxstore brands unfortunately do. Poles and adjustable arch things just don’t do the trick.

My solution, kick the wifes van out garage. The truck can sit outside as well. My boat may be 20+ yrs old but she aint getting wet!!! toast

I used 2×2 from motor to windshield and from windshield to bow. Then strap cover tight, real tight.

No ropes to bow. Price, $5.
Now I just back into garage.
