Anyone know anything about the Contour Elite software? It is suppose to run on PC and have the Lakemaster software on it. I got a new copy and am trying to get it to run. Everything loads as it should but won’t connect to internet to activate it. I have tried sending emails to the company but getting no response. Any help or contacts appreciated!

Thanks! I did contact Humminbird, they said they were doing a server update and it should be fixed by the end of the month. Seems like an extremely long time to do an update and have this offline. I have 3 Helix units and really hope they get this done…. soon!
Did they get done with the update, and your log on work?
They did! After multiple tries they got it to work last week. Kudos to Humminbird customer service and technical team. I received updates and periodical emails letting me know, also links to test. I have been playing around with it the past few days, it really is a cool program. I really like being able to look at Lakemaster maps on a regular size computer screen.
