Commercial deep fryer – 75 lb needed.

I need to find a good used 75 lb. capacity commercial deep fryer. Must be natural gas unit. This is the 747 widebody of deep fryers, not the wimpy little 2 basket 40 lb model that every restaurant has.

To cut off the obvious jokes, no are not overdoing it on the fried foods at Grouse Manor. This unit is for my church and fish fry season is rapidly approaching.

Does anybody have any good contacts that I might call to find the above fryer?

Yes, I’ve already tried those and between myself and another guy who is helping with this project, we’ve likely tried them all in the Cities.

The problem is that even new ones are uncommon, but can be custom ordered. Used 75 lb units are, apparently, not very common.

I do know that is a big fryer, sorry I could help more…

I was 25 years in the restaurant industry and never seen one. I’m assuming you tried ABC in Princeton or Milaca then already?
